Joan Isaacs is a Canadians politician who was elected to the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia in the 2017 provincial election, after being defeated in a 2016 byelection.[ "NDP makes gains in Tri-Cities, Burnaby with upsets". In government, she served as the Parliamentary Secretary for Early Childhood Education. In opposition, she served as the Official Opposition's critic for Health.
